HOT POTATO DISH 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cooked (medium)
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese, small curd
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Cook potatoes and drain. Mash the cooked potatoes and add cottage cheese, sour cream. onion powder, parsley flakes, salt and pepper. Blend well. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish. Brush with butter and top with slivered almonds. Bake fat 325° for 35 minutes.
