  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Melt butter over medium heat.

Add flour and stir until smooth.

Add salt, pepper and milk. Stir until thick and bubbly.

Gradually stir in grated cheese until it melts.
