Quick & Healthy Oven Fries Recipe

  • 2 1/2 pounds baking potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 450°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/2" thick sticks. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and cayenne pepper. Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings. Double or triple recipe to have enough for seconds!
