ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can English peas, drained (17 ounce can)
  • 1 can English peas, drained (8.5 ounce can)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1 jar diced pimento, undrained (2 ounce jar)
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 can fried onion rings (2.8 ounce can)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients and half of onion rings, mixing well. Spoon half of pea mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with half of cheese. Spoon remaining pea mixture over cheese and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 servings.
