Marinated Vegetable Salad 21 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can French Style Green Beans
  • 1 can La Sueur Peas
  • 1 can shoe peg corn
  • 1 jar diced pimento (small jar)
  • Marinade
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
Directions
Combine ingredients for marinade in pot and bring to boil until sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Drain canned vegetables and mix together. Pour marinade over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
