Ham & Potato Casserole Recipe

  • 2 pounds frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 package cubed ham
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pint sour Cream
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
Mix all ingredients. Put in 9x13-inch casserole dish. Can be topped with bread crumbs or onion rings (canned). Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
