Corn Pudding Supreme Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz. pkg)
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 package corn bread/muffin mix (8 1/2 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can cream style corn (16 1/2 ounce can)
  • 2 1/3 cups fresh, frozen or canned sweet corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until set.
