Hungarian Noodle Side Dish Recipe

  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted (10 3/4 ounce Can)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cottage cheese (2 cup 16 ounce )
  • 1 package sour cream (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package medium noodles, cooked and drained (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika
In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. Add the next six ingredients; mix well. Stir in the cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles; mix well. Pour into a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through.
