Chili Relleno Casserole 8 Recipe

  • 1 can whole green chili (18-20 chilies) (large can)
  • 1/2 pound longhorn cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese inch strips
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • garlic salt
Spray 9x13 dish with not-stick spray. Stuff Monterey cheese in chili strips and place in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Mix together eggs, flour and milk until smooth and pour over chilies. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake 40-45 minutes in 350 oven.
