Tuna Puff Casserole Recipe

  • 1 can Tuna, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup pimento. diced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs, separated
Mix all the ingredients, except egg whites, together. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into mixture. Bake in 1 1/2 qt. casserole at 325 for 35-40 minutes.
