Baked Lima Beans 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound dry or frozen lima beans
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup tomato juice
  • 4 slices bacon
If dry beans are used, prepare according to directions. Combine all ingredients except bacon in casserole dish. Top with bacon strips. Bake at 300° for 2 hours.
