Cooked Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 head cabbage
Directions
Cut up the cabbage, put in a kettle, cover with water, cook until tender and drain.

In a medium saucepan heat the oil. Wisk together the egg, vinegar and sugar and slowly wisk it into the heated oil. Cook until thick. Add this mixture to the drained cooked cabbage. Serve hot.
