Vegetable Casserole 24 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion chopped (small)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • black pepper
  • crackers
  • butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 7 ingredients. Put into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top and put pats of butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes, or until bubbly and crackers are browned.
