Ingredients
1 can creamed corn
1 can Niblets Corn
3 Eggs
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
Directions
Melt butter in small saucepan. Sprinkle in flour. Mix well. Remove from heat. In large bowl, beat eggs. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Pour into slightly greased casserole dish. Preheat oven to 325°. Cook approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes or until it rises and forms a golden crust.
