Marinated Vegetables 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can white shoe peg corn
  • 1 can yellow corn
  • 1 can French green beans
  • 1 can small party peas
  • 1 can diced pimentos
  • 1 onion, diced (medium)
  • 1 green pepper, diced (medium)
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar or splenda
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
Directions
Drain all the canned vegetables and mix with pimentos, onion and green pepper. Boil all the dressing ingredients until oil, vinegar and sugar have blended. Pour hot dressing over veggies and cool in refrigerator for 24 hours before servings. Enjoy!
