Oak Hill Potatoes Recipe

  • 3 cups potatoes, cooked & diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups white sauce
  • seasonings to taste
To prepare buttered bread crumbs, melt 2 tablespoon butter and slowly stir in bread crumbs. Put 1 cup potatoes in bottom of baking dish, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup white sauce and 1/3 cup buttered bread crumbs. Repeat twice. Bake in 350 over until crumbs are browned.
