Fresh Dill Yogurt Dip Recipe

  • 12 ounces plain fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill weed, chopped
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
In medium bowl, mix yogurt, dill, red bell pepper, green onions, salt, red pepper and garlic until well blended.

Serve with carrots, broccoli and cucumber slices.

NOTE: You may substitute 2 teaspoons dried dill weed for the fresh, if needed.
