Casserole Surprise Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 bunches carrots
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • milk
  • 1 onion chopped (small)
  • 2 handfuls crushed Ritz crackers
Directions
Clean and cut carrots. Boil until soft. Mash carrots with salt, pepper, butter and onion. Spread in baking dish and cover with cracker crumbs. Cover with milk and bake at 350° until brown and milk is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
