Cheese Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 2 eggs - beaten
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (Optional)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (cut into chunks)
  • Slices of American Cheese
Directions
In a bowl add the corn and stir in the eggs, Mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese. Top with slices of American Cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 min. to 1 hr. or until cheese is bubbly and brown.
