Vegetable Casserole 20 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (small can)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 sleeve snack crackers, crushed
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together first seven ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top of vegetable mixture and pour melted butter on top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
