Stuffed Bell Peppers 19 Recipe

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 1 cup prepared rice
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • Dash of hot pepper sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 bell peppers (large)
Brown ground beef. In bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, prepared rice, beaten eggs, milk, ketchup, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cut top off pepper, 1/2 to 1". Scoop out seeds. Scoop ground beef mixture into each hollowed bell pepper. Place peppers upright in greased crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
