Potatoes Au Gratin 5 Recipe

  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 8 ounces velveeta
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cook potatoes 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients. Bake in a covered 2-quart casserole at 350° for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
