Hollandaise Sauce 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 drops tabasco
Directions
Heat butter. Combine in blender, rest of ingredients. Add hot butter slowly, beating until smooth. Makes one cup.
