Pickled Green Beans 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans French style green beans, drained (15 1/2 ounce cans)
  • 1 160 z can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can English peas, drained (17 ounce can)
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped finely (medium)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
  • 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients. Combine vinegar, oil, and sugar. Mix well. Pour over vegetables and toss gently to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Drain well before serving.
