Italian Vegetables Recipe

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1 can tomatoes, cut up (28 ounce can)
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic-minced
  • 1 can butter beans-drained (15 ounce can)
Combine ingredients, except beans. Stir in 1/2 tsp. salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 20-30 minutes; stirring often. Add beans and heat thoroughly.
