Carrot Soufflé 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds carrots
  • 9 eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Set oven at 350 degrees. Peel carrots and boil until soft. Add to remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake for 1 hour, 10 minutes or until set.
