Steamed White Rice Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rice
  • 8 cups cold water
  • 4 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
Directions
Wash rice well. Add water, salt and vinegar. Boil until rice is just done (not over done); pour into colander and rinse well with cold water. Place over hot water, uncovered 30 minutes before serving.
