Swiss Cheese and Green Bean Casserole Recipe

  • 2 cans french style green beans
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons onion, minced
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Cornflakes, crushed
Preheat oven to 350°. Open cans of green beans and drain. Set aside. Mix together melted margarine, flour, salt, and sugar. Add onion and sour cream. Mix beans with sour cream mixture. Pour into a casserole dish. Cover with shredded swiss cheese. Top with crushed cornflakes. Cook for about 30 minutes.
