EGG ROLLS 19 Recipe

Ingredients
  • egg roll wrappers
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 cabbage, grated (small)
  • 1 pound sausage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water
Directions
Brown sausage; drain. Add cabbage, carrot and 1/4 cup water. Cook down. Put spoonful of mixture in wrapper. Seal. Deep fry until golden brown.
