Ingredients
  • 20 ounces frozen cauliflower
  • 20 ounces frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook cauliflower and broccoli as directed.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13" pan.

Place cooked vegetables in prepared pan.

Mix cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese. Pour over the vegetables.

Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.
