Pineapple Stuffing 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (16.5 ounce can)
  • 6 slices cubed potato bread
Directions
Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Fold in pineapple and cubed bread. Cook in greased 9 x 13 baking pan, uncovered for 45 minutes at 350. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Goes great with ham....or anything.
