Vegetable Casserole 16 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen broccoli (1 lb bag)
  • 1 package frozen cauliflower (16 to 20 16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup (11 oz. can)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 shredded cheddar or American cheese (1/2 cup 2 ounce )
  • 1 can French fried onions (1 1/2 cup can)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole with margarine. Cook vegetables in boiling unsalted water until crisp and brightly colored. Drain. Turn into casserole. Combine soups and mayonnaise. Spread over vegetables. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and onions. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
