POTLUCK MASHED POTATOES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 2 ounces pkg cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 each salt, garlic salt, onion salt, season salt (1 tsp each)
Directions
In a pot, put just enough water to barely cover potatoes, boil potatoes and drain when done. Mash potatoes and mix the rest of the ingredients; blend with hand mixer until all the ingredients are well blended and potatoes are whipped to desired texture.
