Flat Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can white whole grain corn, drained
  • 1 can french green beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 box Cheese Nip crackers
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except for Cheese Nips and margarine. Pour into a casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top and pour margarine over crackers. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
