FENCH FRIED POTATO CASSEROLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 pounds frozen french fried potatoes
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup gated cheddar cheese
  • Paprika
Directions
Place potatoes in buttered 9X13 baking dish. Dot with butter or margarine. Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper on potatoes. Combine soup and milk; stir to mix and pour over all. Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
