Swiss Vegetable Medley Recipe

  • 1 package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo, thawed & drained (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can Durkees French Fried Onions (2.8 ounce can)
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of the french onions. Pour into a 1 qt. casserole. Bake covered 350° for 30-40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 min.
