Mixed Vegetables Casserole Recipe

  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (or 2 cans veg-all)
  • 1 can water chestnuts - drained and chopped
  • 1 onion - chopped (small)
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French-fried Onion Rings
Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, onion, cheese, soup.

Pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 until bubbly.

Add onion rings to top and bake until brown.
