2 pounds frozen California blend vegetables
3 cans chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
10 ounces Velveeta cheese

Put vegetables, broth and tomatoes in a pot and bring to a boil; simmer for 45 minutes.
Add Velveeta cheese. When cheese is melted it is ready to eat.
