Cheesy Vegetable Soup 12 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds frozen California blend vegetables
  • 3 cans fat free chicken broth
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes(I use mild ones)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 45 minutes. Add 10 oz. light Velveeta cheese. When cheese is melted it is ready to eat.
