Corn Flake Potatoes Recipe

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 pound Butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 packages hashbrowns thawed on paper towels (12 ounce pkgs)
  • 1 1/4 onion (flake) Cream of onion
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • Topping
  • 2 cups cornflakes crushed
  • 1/8 cup butter melted
Mix all ingredients together. Add topping and bake at 350° 45-60 minutes.
