Spicy Roasted Edamame Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans), thawed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix ingredients. Spread in a greased baking pan or cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake uncovered until the beans begin to brown, about 12-15 minutes. Stir once halfway through cooking.
