GLAZED BABY CARROTS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package baby carrots, canned carrots, frozen carrots (I use fresh) (1 lb bag)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt.

Place carrots in a saucepan and add enough water to almost cover the carrots. Bring water to a boil and then cover the carrots and turn heat down and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain and add butter, brown sugar, and salt. Coat well and heat through. 4-6 servings.
