Salami 4 Recipe

  • 5 pounds ground beef
  • 5 teaspoons Mortons Tender Quick Salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard seed
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon hickory smoked salt
First day - Mix all together. Put in covered bowl and refrigerate.

Second day - Mix again and refrigerate

Third day- Mix again and refrigerate

Fourth day - Form into round balls and put on broiler pan. Bake in oven at 140° for 8 hours. Rotate every 2 hours.
