Cream Puff Filling Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients except extract in saucepan and cook over low heat 10 minutes until thick. Stir constantly. Cool slightly, and add flavoring. Fill puffs.
