Spaghetti Sauce 68 Recipe

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 cup onions, minced
  • 1 cup carrots, ground
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 28 ounces tomatoes, diced (canned)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup water or red wine
In a large pot fry the hamburger with the onions. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for about one hour. Serve over cooked pasta of your choice.
