  • 1 Allergen-Free Turkey, thawed
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • oil, canola
Directions
Wash the turkey with cold water. Remove the giblets and the neck. Place them in a pot with water and spices, you can use this later for your stuffing.

Place your turkey into a baking pan. Cover your turkey with oil. Generously sprinkle on the spices. Use your hands to rub the spices all over the turkey, be sure to get under the turkey too. Place your turkey uncovered in a preheated oven, following the baking instructions that came with your turkey. There is no need to cover or place this turkey in a plastic baking bag. The oil will keep your turkey moist on the inside and brown on the outside.

Allow your turkey to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing. This will keep the juices in the turkey.
