Slow Cooker Potato Soup Recipe

  • 1 package southern-style cubed hash browns (32 ounce package)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can chicken broth (16 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Combine all ingredients together except cheese. Adjust seasonings to taste. Place in greased slow cooker. Cook on low 5-6 hours or high 2 to 3 hours. Shredded cheese may be added before serving and mixed to melt, or may be sprinkled over top of each serving
