Fruit Cocktail Cake 55 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can fruit cocktail (drained) (2 1/2 cup can)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix and put in 9x13" pan. Sprinkle topping over.

Topping:

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup nuts

Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
