Dessert Cookies Recipe

Sift flour and salt together. Cream butter and add sugar. Add orange and lemon rind and eggs and mix well. Add half the flour, then coconut, then rest of flour. Drop cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake 10 minutes.

Refrigerator cookies:

Add additional 1/2 cup flour and shape dough into long rolls. Roll these in chopped nuts and chill. Slice thin and bake 10 minutes at 375.
