LEMON CREME BARS Recipe

Ingredients
  • CRUST
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 quick cook oatmeal
  • Chopped pecans
  • 1/2 oleo
  • 1 egg
  • FILLING
  • 1 lemon ready to spread icing
  • 1 cream cheese (8 ounce pkg.)
  • 2 Eggs
Directions
To make crust, mix ingredients together, reserving 2 cups. Press into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Prepare filling. Blend filling ingredients with mixer until smooth and pour over crust. Top with reserved crust mix. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes or until done. Cut into small squares.
