COCONUT BARS 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (15 ounce can)
  • 3 cups coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix sugar, butter and graham cracker crumbs together. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake 12 minutes at 350°F. Cut into bars. If desired, when cooled, melt a 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips or large chocolate bar and spread over cooled bars.
